Flamco Potable expansion vessels are designed to ensure a continuous flow of fresh water from the mains, preventing stagnant or tepid water from accumulating inside the vessel. This eliminates the risk of bacterial growth and guarantees consistently high-quality potable water. They are ideal for use in potable or fresh water installations.

When connected to a water heater, these vessels prevent the safety group or valve from opening every time the water is heated. This not only extends the lifespan of the safety components by avoiding damage or calcification but also reduces the risk of permanent leakage and unnecessary water loss. Flamco Potable vessels are particularly effective in basement applications where the drain is positioned higher than the safety valve.
