M305 straps are used to tie down timber wall plates to concrete blocks and are also used for lateral restraints for flooring joints and roof trusses. Design Features: The straps are manufactured from pre-galvanised steel strips with zinc coated edges to BS EN 10327 : 2004, DX51D + Z275 or stainless steel to BS EN 10088-1 : 1995 : 1.4301. Nominal Dimensions: Heavy Duty - 30 x 5.0mm Hole diameters are 6mm and they are holed at 12.5mm grouped in threes.
