Soudal Tanking Kit

Soudal Tanking Kit is a ready-to-use waterproofing system for wet rooms, bathrooms and showers before tiling. Kit contains: 1x Soudaprim DP 1L, 1x Soudagum LM 4kg and 1x Soudatape ST 120mm 10m.

Prime the surface with Soudaprim DP. Stir well before use. Apply Soudaprim DP with a roller or brush in 1 layer directly form the packaging without dilution. In case of very porous and highly absorbing substrates a second layer should be applied wet in wet. Wait 2 hours before applying Soudagum LM. Stir Soudagum LM before use. Apply with a brush, roller, spatula or trowel. Soudagum LM should be applied in 2 layers with a total layer thickness of at least 1 mm. Wait until the first layer is dry before applying the second crosswise over the first. This can take 3 to 4 hours depending on the substrate and ambient temperature. Make sure that the membrane forms an even and continuous film without holes due to irregularities in the substrate. Press Soudatape ST into the fresh material and wait until dry before covering with a second layer of Soudagum LM. Waiting time for bonding the tiles/cladding: 12 hours.
